The terms governing use of this website and any order placed with Magic Dough.

Overview
This website is operated by Magic Dough. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Magic Dough. By visiting this site or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Orders and quotations
Quotations are valid for thirty days from the date issued unless stated otherwise, and are based on the volumes, specification and timeline described at the time of quoting. Changes to any of those may change the price. An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing.
Products and specification
Product images on this site are representative. Weights, case configurations and shelf life are stated on the relevant product documentation, which is provided with any quote and takes precedence over anything on this site.
Certification claims — including gluten-free, halal and kosher — apply to the products and production lines covered by the certificates in force at the time of manufacture. Current documentation is available on request.
Allergens
Allergen information is provided on product labelling and specification documents. If you are ordering for onward sale, it is your responsibility to ensure the labelling meets the requirements of the market you are selling into.
Private label work
Where we manufacture under your brand, you retain ownership of your brand, artwork and any recipe you bring to us. Recipes we develop remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of artwork and labelling you supply.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We will tell you promptly if a date is at risk. Risk passes on delivery.
Intellectual property
The Magic Dough name, logo, product names, photography and the contents of this site are our property and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
